Senator Hagan Questions Wall Street Giant

In the aftermath of the Senate Banking Committee hearing with JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon, U.S. Senator Kay Hagan has been lauded for her questioning of Mr. Dimon over the bank's recent losses of more than $2 billion:
- New York Magazine said "Senator Kay Hagan…stepped up with questions that resembled actual truth-seeking." LINK
- CNBC's Maria Bartiromo, who has covered Wall Street for 20 years, said, "I thought that was such a smart question that you asked Jamie Dimon: 'Did you learn anything?'" LINK
- Bloomberg News said: "Late in the session when everyone was worn out, Senator Hagan of North Carolina just quietly asked an intelligent question about derivatives…I thought it was a very nicely framed question." LINK
- WXII Ch. 12 Greensboro reported on Hagan's question about the size of the trade at JPMorgan, saying she was part of the Committee seeking answers from Mr. Dimon. LINK
