Contributions or gifts to the North Carolina Democratic Party are not tax deductible. Your contribution will be used in connection with federal elections and is subject to the prohibitions and limitations of the Federal Election Campaign Act. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.  For this event, we are asking for donations of up to $10,000 from individuals per calendar year to the North Carolina Democratic Party.   All contributions must be made from personal funds and may not be reimbursed or paid by any other person.   We are not asking for, and will not accept for this event, contributions in excess of the federal limits, or funds from corporations, labor organizations, registered federal lobbyists, registered foreign agents, federal political action committees, minors under the age of 16, and/or other federally prohibited sources.
